About the event
Come up with a story. It sounds simple, doesn’t it? Make up a few characters and create some imaginary events for them to go through in a way that holds the attention of an audience. How hard could it be, right?
If you’re having problems building your story, you’re not alone! Luckily one of Australia’s most experienced writers, Chris Corbett, is here to help. In this in-depth workshop he’ll be covering some of the basics of constructing a story including: What actually IS a story? What are the key ingredients that make up a good one? And how do you build a story from scratch?
This workshop is a must-attend for both early-career writers looking to kickstart their screenwriting careers and more experienced writers looking for fresh inspiration or to refresh their story-writing approach.
