The course was developed with the support of Screen Australia.

This leadership and management training is for anyone working in the screen industry. This includes TV, Film, TVCs, Animation, VR, Games, and any other production platforms. It's suitable for anyone who is either a leader in their role or considering a step up to that role including producers, directors, creatives, HoDs, or 2ICs. 

The workshops are being developed in consultation with highly experienced UK HOD Trainer, Adelina Orfila.

They will cover management skills for teams in stressful situations, workplace dynamics, and culture, performance management, addressing bullying, harassment, and discrimination, and how to take care of yourself and your team.

Included is a full-day, fully-catered workshop. Followed by 3 monthly group catch-ups to create an ongoing professional network and support you in your leadership journey. You will also have access to individual mentoring sessions, at a 50% discount, over the next 12 months.
