CLIENTS
Between us, we’ve worked for vast numbers of broadcasters and production companies around the world.
We’ve made programmes for them, we’ve delivered training and helped companies set up businesses. We’ve organised conferences, been on boards, appeared on panels.
Here are just some of the companies we’ve enjoyed our association with.

TRAINERS NEEDED FOR SCREEN CAREERS:
STEP UP AS A HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
Want paid work with Media Mentors Australia?
We’re looking for people in NSW, South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, WA and the NT who would like to be trained to train future leaders in the screen industry.
A country-wide management training screen industry programme for fledgling or existing Heads of Department is about to roll out – delivered and supported by people who understand production.
Media Mentors Australia – with the support of Screen Australia – is looking for someone in each state to work with as we roll out a series of small-scale workshops starting in October. Selection will reflect Australia’s diversity and will target those with significant craft experience in their chosen fields. You need to understand the screen industry.
The workshops are being developed in consultation with highly experienced HOD Trainer, Adelina Orfila. They will cover management skills for teams in stressful situations, workplace dynamics and culture, performance management, addressing bullying, harassment, and discrimination, and how to take care of yourself and your team.
After the formal training, each attendee will have access to three sessions of one-on-one mentoring / coaching with Media Mentors, plus a monthly group session to create a connected network of future leaders and managers.
To future proof the program and to ensure local relevance, MMA will train trainers in each of the states. They will be people with screen industry and management experience who are looking to develop their training capacity.
We will be running an online workshop to Train the Trainers on Saturday, 14 October, 10 – 2pm for the successful applicants. You must also be available to participate in the workshop in your locality on the following dates.
